A. DALE WOOD – Musical Director

Our talented Director, Dale Wood, is a graduate of The Royal Conservatory School of Music University of Toronto. He presently directs The Achill Choral Society, The Georgetown Choral Society and five divisions of The Georgetown Children’s Chorus. Dale also continues a 40 year tradition of teaching piano, organ, voice and composition in private lessons. As a Choral Director, Dale has an enormous amount of energy and enthusiasm which inspires his choristers to give their best. Dale continually works to develop his choir’s abilities with new compositions and challenging scores. Dale is a gifted composer, having written and conducted many individual pieces as well as full Christmas Cantatas for his choirs. His latest adventure is of Music Director for Globe Production’s Youth Company show, Annie - May 2011.
